WHAT WE DO

CONSULTATION

We provide consultation to help you identify areas were you could improve your property for maximum rental yields be it a new coat of paint, a change of fittings in the house and/or outside the house.

ONCE OFF JOBS

Looking to improve your bathroom, kitchen, roof or ceiling we offer once off services that will provide you with a contractor from our network to do the job while you work on yours.

SHORT TERM LEASING

We facilitate for short term leasing for people with properties they leave unattended for periods of 3 to 6 months. Ensuring your property is safe and well taken care of.

MAINTENANCE

We make utility payments on your behalf (ZESCO, LWSC, Rates, WHT e.t.c). We improve overall appearance and state of your property recommendations on how the project can maximize rental income. We coordinate with law enforcement to remove non paying tenant and tenants possessions from your property.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We perform detailed inspection with your tenant and have them sign a report verifying the condition of the property prior to move-in and continue with scheduled inspections during tenancy. We work with other realtors and leasing agents to find tenants, meet prospective tenants for showings throughout the week and weekend.

REFURBISHMENT

We facilitate for larger renovation or rehab projects and provide recommendations on how the project can maximize rental income be of benefit for properties to be sold.
